The Minnesota Vikings released Adam Thielen earlier this month, but who could replace the legendary receiver in 2023?

After weeks of speculation, the Minnesota Vikings have finally said goodbye to Adam Thielen. The Minnesota native leaves the team he grew up cheering for as one of the most decorated receivers in Vikings history and leaves a big hole in the starting lineup as they head into the offseason.

The main goal to replace Thielen will be to find a multi-dimensional receiver that can give Minnesota some much-needed explosiveness.

At his peak, Thielen was an elite route-runner and an adequate receiver that can stretch the defense and create chunk plays and it can be assumed the Vikings would like to find a similar receiver to line up across from Justin Jefferson.

While the free agent and draft classes are weak this year, there are several options for the Vikings to consider. In this article, we’ll give you five receivers who could be heading to Minnesota and why they are fits to replace Thielen.
