With the first burst of free agency done and gone for the Minnesota Vikings, many fans will now turn their attention to the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft. So when is the NFL Draft this year?
When is the NFL Draft in 2023?
After last year’s festivities took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, the 2023 NFL Draft will be going down in the home city of another AFC West team, as everything is set to happen this spring in Kansas City, Missouri, home, of course, to the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.
As has been the case for the last few years, the 2023 NFL Draft will be conducted over the course of three days, beginning on Thursday, April 27.
When exactly each round of this year’s draft will be taking place can be found below.
Day 1
- First Round
- Thursday, April 27
Day 2
- Second and Third Rounds
- Friday, April 28
Day 3
- Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Rounds
- Saturday, April 29
As it currently stands, the Vikings have one selection on Day 1, one selection on Day 2, and three selections on Day 3.
