Vikings odds to trade for Lamar Jackson are soaring
Lamar Jackson has dominated the NFL headlines since announcing on his Twitter account this week that he has officially requested a trade from the Baltimore Ravens.
Now, everyone is speculating where the former MVP is going to land.
As always, one of the best places to look to find out the likelihood of something happening is the betting odds.
And, based on the odds, Jackson may end up on a team that not many people have mentioned; the Minnesota Vikings.
Overnight on Tuesday, Jackson’s odds to end up in Minnesota (if he is indeed traded), have jumped from +2000 to +900 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Either someone knows something, or there is a Vikings fan out there that’s a wishful thinker that has a lot of money to burn on a bet that has no chance of cashing.
But, what if? Is it possible?
Lamar Jackson would immediately make the Vikings one of the most exciting offenses in the NFL, getting paired up with Justin Jefferson and Dalvin Cook.

Meanwhile, Kirk Cousins would likely get sent back to Baltimore as part of the deal, giving it a different style of quarterback.
It could be a pipe dream, but if the betting odds are any indication, there’s at least some hope to it.
