2022 Stats:

  • 32 tackles
  • 5.5 tackles for a loss
  • 3 sacks

Moro Ojomo is a robust man who possesses great overall strength and power. He isn’t as athletically gifted as some of the other prospects on this list, but he makes up for it with his determination to get to the ball carrier.

Ojomo would probably be an end in the Vikings’ scheme unless he bulks up and gets moved to nose tackle. He doesn’t have the fluidity to be a consistent threat as a pass rusher, but is stout at the point of attack and has the strength to push blockers back into the backfield creating chaos for an offense.

Ojomo has plenty of experience starting for three seasons for the Longhorns. He has been productive in that span, accumulating 95 tackles, 13.5 tackles for a loss, and five sacks. Ojomo would provide solid depth in the Vikings’ end rotation with the ability to develop into a spot starter sometime down the road.

He’s likely a Day 3 type of prospect and one who could give the Minnesota Vikings some early return on their investment if he’s able to work his way onto their defensive end rotation.
