When it comes to trades, Minnesota Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah certainly hasn't been afraid to make a deal since he joined the organization in 2022.

During Adofo-Mensah's three years with the Vikings, he's agreed to a total of 13 different trades that involved the exchange of at least one player, and this isn't even including all of the draft trades that he's completed during his tenure with the team.

So, with Minnesota currently having only four selections in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft in April, no one should be taken by surprise if Adofo-Mensah executes a trade or two in the next few months to acquire some additional 2025 draft picks.

As for which players the Vikings could use in a deal to land more selections in this year's NFL Draft, well, there are several that the team's general manager might be able to utilize.

Minnesota Vikings players who could be traded in 2025

Andrew Van Ginkel - OLB

Why in the world would Minnesota trade Andrew Van Ginkel after he just had the best single-season performance of his NFL career in 2024 that resulted in his first-ever Pro Bowl selection?

Well, the Vikings and Van Ginkel only agreed to a two-year deal when they signed him last offseason, and with the way he played in 2024, he's likely going to be looking for an extension this year, especially since he's only due to make $11 million in cash for the 2025 season.

Instead of giving Van Ginkel, who will turn 30 in July, a raise this year, Minnesota could attempt to trade him for draft capital this offseason, and then replace him in the starting lineup next season with Dallas Turner, who the Vikings selected in the first round of last year's NFL Draft.

Josh Oliver - TE

Minnesota signing Josh Oliver to a three-year contract worth $21 million in 2022 was odd when it happened, and two seasons into the deal, it still feels like a strange decision.

Sure, Oliver has still been one of the top blocking tight ends in the NFL during his tenure with the Vikings. But Minnesota still ranked 26th in the league in rushing yards per attempt and 24th in sacks allowed this past season, so how much of an impact did he truly make?

Oliver would be better fit for a team like the Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles, or Buffalo Bills, who all actually succeed at running the football. So if Adofo-Mensah can convince one of these teams to take the tight end off their hands, almost any sort of return package would likely be accepted.

Garrett Bradbury - C

Garrett Bradbury has been the Vikings' starting center since the team selected him with the 18th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. But that's not a good enough reason for Minnesota to stick with Bradbury at center for another season.

There have been moments where he's been able to hold his own and block some of the best defensive linemen in the league. But more often than not, Bradbury spends most of his time on the field getting bull-rushed into his own quarterback's lap.

The Vikings likely wouldn't get much in return in a trade involving Bradbury, but at this point, they might just be willing to take whatever they're offered just for someone to take him off their hands.
