Thanks to the massive Maxx Crosby trade between the Las Vegas Raiders and Baltimore Ravens getting cancelled on Tuesday, the Minnesota Vikings might now have the perfect trade partner for a Jonathan Greenard deal.

Greenard has been on the trade block for the last few weeks, and according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler on Monday, "a lot of teams" have expressed interest in potentially making a trade for the Vikings edge rusher.

With Crosby heading back to Las Vegas, one would assume the Ravens are now back to being in need of a talented pass rusher. Does Baltimore have someone else in mind, or would they be interested in making a trade to acquire Greenard from Minnesota?

In return for Greenard, the Vikings are reportedly looking for a Day 2 draft pick, according to Fowler. The Ravens just let the world know they were willing to give up two first-round draft selections for Crosby, so one would assume they would be interested in giving up less to get a player like Greenard.

When it comes to Day 2 picks in this year's NFL Draft, Baltimore currently has the 45th (second round) and 80th (third round) overall selections.

It might be difficult to convince the Ravens to hand over their second-round pick for Greenard, especially since he wants a pay raise too, but they would probably be willing to part with their third-rounder.

If Baltimore sent over its third-round pick to acquire Greenard, that would then give Minnesota a total of five top-100 selections in this year's NFL Draft. For a team that desperately needs to improve its depth through the draft, like the Vikings, that would be huge.

We'll have to wait and see what Baltimore is planning to do since they could just attempt to add a veteran pass rusher in free agency. But if the Ravens are open to acquiring a new edge rusher in a trade, Minnesota might have the perfect solution.
