Second-Round Pick (43rd overall)

Kris Jenkins - DL (Michigan)

Kwesi double dips into the Michigan football factory with the Wolverines' freakish defensive tackle Kris Jenkins, the son of four-time All-Pro defensive lineman and 10-year NFL veteran Kris Jenkins.

Jenkins stands 6-foot-3 and weighs over 300 pounds, but he's a much leaner, more versatile interior defender than his father, who was a true nose tackle during his NFL career.

Although he is a senior, there is still plenty of tread on the tires for Jenkins, who, although has been a three-year starter, has also rotated in and out quite a lot throughout the majority of games.

To boot, Jenkins has an incredible motor for someone who weighs as much as he does and should be an every-down interior defender at the next level.

Jenkins is going to need to develop a much more effective pass rush, but he does have very heavy hands and the quickness to get off of blocks when needed. Under Brian Flores, the Michigan Wolverine could be a very impactful member of the Vikings' defense in 2024 and beyond.
