What if the 2025 Minnesota Vikings decide to focus heavily on defense when it comes to their spending in free agency?

Better yet, what if, because of this, the Vikings decided to focus solely on offense in next year's NFL Draft with their limited amount of draft capital?

In this mock draft, let’s pretend we are Minnesota's general manager and our goal is to improve our offense as best we can with the four expected draft picks the team will have in 2025.

2025 Minnesota Vikings Mock Draft: All-Offense mock draft after Week 5 win over New York Jets

First-Round Pick (25th Overall)

Emeka Egbuka - WR (Ohio State)

Want to talk about making Minnesota's offense even more dangerous than it already is? Adding a receiver like Emeka Egbuka to the Vikings' offense would cause even the “Greatest Show on Turf” to shake in their boots.

Egbuka is the clear WR3 in the 2025 class behind Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan and Missouri's Luther Burden III, and he’s WR4 if Colorado's Travis Hunter is included in the conversation. However, the gap between Egbuka and those guys previously mentioned is extremely minuscule.

Egbuka plays a lot like his former college teammate and current Seattle Seahawks receiver, Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He's a receiver who runs smooth routes, isn’t afraid to go up for contested catches, and has the ability to separate consistently. Egbuka would give this generation of Minnesota fans their version of “Three Deep”.

Third-Round Pick (98th Overall - Compensatory)

Kaleb Johnson- RB (Iowa)

If you are an avid Minnesota Golden Gophers supporter, you’re still probably still having nightmares of Kaleb Johnson’s 206-yard, three-touchdown performance last month.

Johnson is a complete back, one that can run in between and around the tackles and also be effective running straight through the heart of the opposing team's defensive line.

Johnson is a reliable receiver also and should make an immediate impact in any team's screen game. As a blocker, Johnson is not afraid to do the dirty work if it helps his team win, and let’s hope that team is the Vikings.

Fifth-Round Pick No. 1 (143rd Overall)

Oscar Delp - TE (Georgia)

The Vikings continue adding to their arsenal with the selection of Georgia tight end Oscar Delp. Johnny Mundt might not return to Minnesota in 2025 as the team's TE3 for the third consecutive season, especially if a team offers him a solid payday to be their TE2. That would be a nice promotion for the best No. 3 tight end in the NFL.

Delp is a more polished route-runner and more aggressive pass-catcher than Mundt, so the Vikings may actually upgrade at the position with this pick.

Delp is a willing blocker, very similar to T.J. Hockenson in the sense that they may not always be effective like the George Kittles of the world, but they aren’t scared to get in front of anybody.

A Minnesota tight end room with Hockenson, Oliver, and Delp in 2025 would potentially be one of the league's best.

Fifth-Round Pick No. 2 (162nd Overall)

Dylan Fairchild - OL (Georgia)

Though the first five games of the 2024 NFL Season, Vikings right guard Ed Ingram is once again at or near the bottom of most statistical categories for his position group. But we’ve also seen that Minnesota general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is not very keen on spending big bucks on the interior of the offensive line.

With this pick, the Vikings add Georgia Bulldog left guard Dylan Fairchild in hopes of supplanting Ingram as this team's starting right guard in 2025.

Fairchild stands 6-foot-5 and tips the scales at just over 315 pounds. He's a bully in the run game, and with his high motor and aggressive hand work, he could develop into a starter very quickly in Minnesota.

Watching Fairchild on film, he's similar to former Kansas State Wildcat and 2024 Dallas Cowboys third-round pick, Cooper Beebe, who just recently took over the starting center gig over there in Dallas.
