The Bears have an offense that lives and dies by the run. They rank among the best in the NFL in rushing yards per game, and they rank among the bottom 10 in the league in passing yards per game.
Running the ball is how Chicago's offense moves down the field, so if the Vikings' big guys in the trenches can find a way to slow down the Bears' rushing attack, that will go a long way in helping Minnesota get a win on Monday night.
The Vikings' run defense in 2023 has been superb, as they ranked seventh in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game heading into Week 12, and they currently rank third in the league in this category over their last three games.
It's truly going to be a battle in the trenches against the Bears, with whoever can control that part of the game being the likely victor. Smash mouth, run-heavy football in November? What an NFC North game this will truly be.
