Jordan Addison vs. Chargers secondary

The Chargers' secondary has been porous this year, to say the least, so why exactly is Vikings rookie wide receiver Jordan Addison on this list?

Well, this game should be a little more personal for Addison, as the USC product was passed over by Los Angeles in the 2023 NFL Draft earlier this year as they opted for another receiver instead in former TCU pass-catcher Quentin Johnston.

This is no slight to Johnston or his potential, but it already looks as though the Chargers made a mistake, and this Sunday is Addison's big chance to show them their error.

Los Angeles may look to put extra eyes on Justin Jefferson, as teams do/should do, so this will be another game for Addison to have some breathing room.

The extra chip on Addison's shoulder should give him the fuel to break the 100-yard mark in a game for the first time this season. The stars are aligning for Addison to have a big day on Sunday against Los Angeles, so now, all he has to do is ball out.
