Viking No. 1

Kirk Cousins - QB

It's another week of scapegoats and another week of Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins being on the list.

Despite putting up 364 yards and four touchdowns against the Eagles, major blame is still being cast upon Cousins. And even though he did lose a fumble that led to a Philadelphia touchdown, he played an otherwise great game for Minnesota.

It is well understood by now that Cousins is the most polarizing athlete in Minnesota, and while he has certainly had his games in which he should carry the blame, last Thursday night against the Eagles was not one of them.

Primetime Kirk, a man who needs little introduction, did a lot to silence the doubts about his performance under the lights. Sadly, the Vikings' loss overshadows his performance, and he is unrightfully receiving a lot of blame.
