2. Extend Justin Jefferson

The conversation about Justin Jefferson's value to the Vikings seems like it's getting too cute for its own good at this point: he's one of the very few truly-elite wide receivers in football, and letting him walk because *Patrick Mahomes* won a Super Bowl without a true #1 doesn't really feel like the chess-not-checkers move that some are making it out to be. He'll cost a lot of money, sure, but that's the price of doing business in the NFL today. They Vikings can afford it. Jefferson managed to get over 1000 receiving yards once again this season – the 4th time he's done that in four years – and he *missed seven games.* That's how good he is. Even if Cousins bolts, Jefferson's more than worthy of building around.
