Reason why the Vikings will win No. 1

Green Bay's defense will struggle (again)

Despite the Packers' offense keeping them afloat with a chance of reaching postseason play, their defense has struggled all season long. Green Bay fans have been calling for defensive coordinator Joe Barry's job since mid-season.

On Sunday night, the Packers be missing their number-one cornerback, Jaire Alexander, which could be a problem.

The Vikings offense has been known to put up some points, and Green Bay's defense struggles significantly against quarterbacks who can run, so finding out that Jaren Hall would be starting on Sunday night probably didn't make the Packers' defense feel confident.

While Minnesota running back Ty Chandler had a bad game last week, Green Bay's defense also struggles to stop the run both inside and outside, so we could be in for another Chandler master class.

Unfortunately for the Packers, they're going to need to focus on the run, which could leave opportunities for Hall in the passing game.

This means that Justin Jefferson and the rest of the Vikings' receiving corps could have plenty of chances to put up big numbers.
