1. Kevin O'Connell > Matt LaFleur

No need to sugarcoat it, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur without legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers just flat-out stinks.

The Packers offense currently sits 26th in the NFL in total offense, their defense sits in the middle of the league, and LaFleur's game management has been alarmingly bad.

Although Kevin O'Connell's game management has been suspect as well, he has the offense just outside of the top 10, and Kirk Cousins is on pace for the best season of his career and should be in the MVP conversation.

LaFleur is a shell of his former self when he had a Hall of Fame quarterback running his offense, and it doesn't look like it's going to get better anytime soon.

In this game, it is going to come down to coaching, and who will put their team in the best position to win, and because of that, I will take Kevin O'Connell 10 times out of 10 and twice on Sundays.
