3. Kwesi Adofo-Mensah - GM

Let Kwesi cook? He may have done just that. This isn't to say that he's the savior in Minnesota and has made every perfect move, but Vikings general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah deserves some love for what he's been doing during his tenure.

Not long ago, Minnesota's 2022 draft class was beginning to look like one that many were prepared to give up on. But in the last few weeks, players from the Vikings' 2022 draft class, like cornerback Andrew Booth Jr. and guard Ed Ingram, have finally been contributing more to the team winning football games.

While the Lewis Cine pick certainly still looks like a miss, the leap that fellow safety Cam Bynum has taken during his third season with Minnesota definitely eases the pain.

Adofo-Mensha drafted dynamic wide receiver Jordan Addison and other promising players in 2023, and he even signed linebacker Ivan Pace Jr. as an undrafted free agent.

While Dean Lowry and Marcus Davenport have been disappointing free-agent signings, other players added in free agency this year, like wide receiver Brandon Powell, tight end Josh Oliver, and guard Dalton Risner have been exceptional for Minnesota, along with defensive lineman Jonathon Bullard and center Garrett Bradbury, who were both re-signed by the Vikings during the offseason.

Adofo-Mensah does not have a perfect track record by any means, but he has brought in a lot of players who are contributing to a team that is picking up steam.

Counting him out so early without giving him a chance was never fair, and hopefully, he can continue to build a contender.
