Lucky Jackson signed with the Vikings this offseason after playing last with the D.C. Defenders in the XFL. Previously, he had played at the University of Western Kentucky, then just a single game with the Edmonton Elks in the CFL.

There are several wide receivers ahead of him on Minnesota's roster, obviously, but he had a standout career in college, racking up 2,680 receiving yards.

With a 4.36-second 40-yard dash time at his Pro Day in 2020, he's the third-fastest player on the current Vikings roster.

Jackson has many positive physical attributes, though it is no guarantee that he makes the team to begin the 2023 season. But if he earns any playing time, he has the speed to burn and could at least become a valuable special teamer.
