Former Viking No. 4

Kevin Stefanski - Head Coach (Cleveland Browns)

While many people were likely expecting another former player here, former Vikings offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski deserves to be recognized as well.

Stefanski is in the middle of his fourth year as the Cleveland Browns head coach, where he has taken a once aimless franchise and produced a solid team.

Stefanski spent more than a decade with Minnesota, rising his way up from being an assistant to the head coach all the way to becoming the Vikings' offensive coordinator.

Stefanski left Minnesota in 2020 to coach the Browns, and he hasn't looked back since. In his four seasons with Cleveland, he's led the team to 38 wins, which also includes the franchise's first playoff victory since 1994.

The previous four years before Stefanski was hired, the Browns only won a total of 14 games and notoriously finished with an 0-16 record in 2017.

Heading into the final week of the 2023 regular season, Stefanski has Cleveland sitting with an 11-5 and with a playoff spot already clinched.

The Browns have come a long way in the past four years, and the former Vikings offensive coordinator has played a big part in turning the franchise around.
