5. Josh Dobbs - QB

There's no way Josh Dobbs can't be on the list of "Kwesi Guys." He's the newest member of this group and the one who has had the biggest impact recently.

The move to trade for Dobbs looks like a stroke of genius and one that even the biggest Kwesi haters have to be impressed with.

Adofo-Mensah basically exchanged a seventh-round pick with a sixth-rounder and got Dobbs in the process. It was a bit of a surprising move at the time, as the dude had already been traded once and wasn't on many people's radars when it came to finding Kirk Cousins's replacement.

Expectations weren't high for Dobbs's arrival in Minnesota. He'd been with like six teams in the last year and a half and was known for some poor decision-making despite being able to make plays with his legs.
He won just one game as the Cardinals starter before getting benched, and it was expected the results may be the same if he started games for the Vikings.

We all know how that has worked out. Dobbs has been dynamic. He came in not knowing any teammates' names or any of the playbook and was able to beat the Falcons in Week 9.

He followed that up with another amazing performance against the Saints, and he now has Vikings fans not just excited for the remainder of the season, but for the potential he brings as Minnesota's heir to Kirk Cousins.

Time will tell if he can keep this up and earn a new contract from the Vikings, but for what he's done in two weeks and for what Adofo-Mensah gave up to get him, is some of the best general managing anyone has done in recent memory.
