Player No. 4
Andrew Booth Jr. - CB
Andrew Booth Jr. is a player who a lot of Vikings fans are beginning to sour on. The former second-round pick can't stay healthy and missed the majority of his rookie season due to injuries.
He ended up getting hurt again earlier in training camp this summer, but he did see time against the Seahawks last week. The time he saw, however, didn't go so well.
Booth got turned around by undrafted free agent Jake Bobo. He was beaten off the release, turned the wrong way, and it was an easy score for the Seahawks. So now Vikings fans aren't only concerned about his health, but they are starting to wonder if he's any good at all.
Booth can't go out again this week and struggle against the backups of the Titans. He was a standout at Clemson and needs to find that confidence and swagger that made him a second-round pick.
In his defense, he's also very inexperienced, so maybe he had some jitters heading into his first game with a new defensive coordinator.
Whether that's true or not, Booth has to step it up this week. If he gets beaten again by a backup wideout, questions about him getting flat-out cut by Minnesota will begin to pick up steam and will be completely valid to ask.
