2. Las Vegas Raiders

Dropping 63 points is what wound up getting the head coach of one of their division rivals fired last week, but like the Chargers, the Las Vegas Raiders will be looking to hire a new head coach in 2024 as well.

The Raiders have been a franchise that has had plenty of battles with the NFL during their history. So, Las Vegas hiring Brian Flores, who is currently suing the NFL, as their new head coach almost feels like a perfect fit.

Aside from the lawsuit, though, Flores could be exactly what the Raiders need to get back to being the franchise known for their aggressive style on the defensive side of the ball like they were when they won multiple Super Bowl rings between 1976 and 1983.

Vikings pass rusher Danielle Hunter has flourished this season in his first year with Flores as his defensive coordinator, with 15.5 sacks and 21 tackles for a loss in 14 games. So, if Hunter is able to put up these kinds of numbers in Flores' scheme, imagine what the scheme could do for someone like Las Vegas Pro Bowl pass rusher Maxx Crosby?

The Raiders haven't been consistently good on defense since the era of their franchise in which they won multiple Super Bowls. Could Flores be the guy to restore the team to defensive glory?
