Jordan Addison - WR
Jordan Addison was one of the few big names to hit the field on Thursday night, and the Vikings’ first-round pick looked comfortable in his NFL debut.
Addison dropped his first target on a Nick Mullens pass that was a few seconds late but recovered later in the first quarter to make a toe-drag catch along the far sideline. Although the officials ruled it an incomplete catch, it was the type of play Addison has been making during camp and showed a glimpse of his potential.
This should have Vikings fans excited for the regular season. With Addison’s ability to separate and make highlight-reel catches, it should make for a solid trio, along with K.J. Osborn and Justin Jefferson, as Minnesota looks to get more efficiency out of the passing game in 2023.
