Justin Jefferson - Wide Receiver

Could the league's best receiver become even more dominant? After the 2023 NFL Draft, this just might be the case. Justin Jefferson was the focal point for opposing defenses for obvious reasons last season, but with the addition of another playmaker in the receiving group, teams may have to ease off Jefferson so they don't get burned elsewhere.

There was no offense to Adam Thielen or K.J. Osborn, but they were not striking fear into their defenders as the Vikings' other receivers outside of Jefferson. They were solid, but this is largely due to the defenses emphasizing Jefferson, freeing up space for Thielen and Osborn.

With the addition of Jordan Addison to Minnesota, defenses will be forced to respect the Vikings' WR2, giving Justin Jefferson some breathing room. If teams choose to go all in on Jefferson, then that leaves Addison to do as he pleases, creating a big issue for opposing defenses.

And this hasn't even mentioned TJ Hockenson, either. Justin Jefferson should certainly gain some freedom with the addition of Addison, potentially opening up the door for him to hit the daunting 2k receiving yards mark.
