Xavier Rhodes - CB

Xavier Rhodes will turn 33-years-old later this month and we've seen plenty of cornerbacks at that age still perform at a high level in the NFL during the last few seasons. However, Rhodes likely won't be one of them.

He still has the desire to keep playing in the league, but he's coming off of a 2022 season where he split time between the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys, and he only appeared in a total of three games.

Rhodes is still unsigned this year and the chances of him getting another gig in the NFL next season don't seem very high. The Arizona Cardinals are one of the few teams to keep an eye if they are in a need of a cornerback during the middle of the 2023 campaign since their new head coach Jonathan Gannon worked with Rhodes from 2014 to 2017 when he was Minnesota's assistant defensive backs coach.

In his prime, Rhodes was one of the most enjoyable Vikings cornerbacks to watch during the last decade. He was one of the last true shutdown corners in the NFL and his All-Pro performance in 2017 is one of the most impressive seasons by a Minnesota cornerback in team history.
