Possible Justin Jefferson Trade Destination No. 6

Arizona Cardinals

Projected 2024 Cap Space (via Over The Cap): $41.7 million
Projected 2025 Cap Space: $151.4 million
Highest 2024 Draft Pick: 4th overall (First Round)

With the Cardinals having the No. 4 pick in this year's NFL Draft, most are assuming they will use the selection to add former Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. to their roster this offseason.

However, the pre-draft process is still really in its initial stage, and a lot of things can happen between now and the start of the 2024 NFL Draft at the end of April.

Let's say Arizona ends up having a change of heart, and they would rather acquire a more proven wide receiver for quarterback Kyler Murray to throw like Justin Jefferson.

We already know Jefferson can catch passes from just about anyone with a working arm, and Murray does well at getting the ball in his playmakers' hands. Would the addition of Jefferson help the Cardinals reach their goals even faster than they would if they just drafted Harrison with the fourth overall pick this year?

Arizona still has a bunch of holes to fix on their roster too, so trading back in this year's NFL Draft and acquiring additional assets might already be something they have been considering.

If they were able to land Jefferson in a trade that also resulted in them acquiring additional draft picks, that might be a hard offer for them to refuse.
