Free-Agent Edge Rusher No. 6

Bryce Huff

2023 Team: New York Jets

Consistency has been a hallmark of Vikings edge rushers as they excel in both pass rush and run defense. However, if Minnesota's front office intends to focus more on improving the team's pass rush this offseason, Bryce Huff could prove to be the best choice for them.

Huff burst onto the scene this past season, registering 10 sacks and leading the entire NFL in pass rush win rate. With his performance, he set himself up for a nice payday this offseason, whether it's with the Jets or someone else.

The problem for Huff is that he is a significantly porous run defender, which may keep the Vikings from showing any interest in him.

Still, the thought and potential of Huff in Minnesota's defense as a pass-rushing 3-4 outside linebacker is something Vikings fans should drool over.

If Minnesota could bring back Daniel Hunter and D.J. Wonnum, adding Huff into the mix could potentially put defense over the top.
