Player No. 1

Roc Thomas - RB

Undrafted out of Jacksonville State, Roc Thomas signed with the Vikings in 2018 and he appeared in three preseason games. During those three exhibition matchups, Thomas racked up 195 total yards (66 rushing, 129 receiving) and two touchdowns on 24 total touches.

His 8.1 yards per touch in the preseason was enough to convince Minnesota's coaching staff to keep him on their final roster for the 2018 campaign. However, Thomas only wound up appearing in five regular-season games for the Vikings in 2018, and then he was let go by the team before the 2019 regular season in part due to a felony drug arrest during the 2019 offseason.

Player No. 2

Justin Trattou - DE

After a few years with the New York Giants, Justin Trattou landed with Minnesota in the middle of the 2013 season. Trattou actually remained with the Vikings for four years, but most of his on-field production in purple came during his snaps in the preseason.

In 13 exhibition games with Minnesota, Trattou accumulated 22 tackles, and seven sacks, including 4.5 in his final preseason with the Vikings in 2016.
