Justin Madubuike - IDL (Baltimore Ravens)

If the Vikings miss out on landing Christian Wilkins, Justin Madabuike from Baltimore would be the next best option.

Madabuike is a similar player to Wilkins, generating pressure, rushing the passer, and defending the run equally.

While his production hasn't been on par with Wilkins over the last three seasons, his significant improvement in 2023 can't be ignored.

Madabuike would be a good fit as a 3-4 defensive end in Brian Flores's system, and if the team can land a quality nose tackle, then he has a real chance to continue his dominant play for the Vikings.

In 2023 alone, Madabuike has doubled all his stats from previous seasons and has been a huge part of why the Ravens are one of the best teams in football, especially on the defensive side. Although Madabuike will be cheaper than Wilkins, every dollar counts, making him a more realistic option for the Vikings if they're looking to save some money.

The Ravens' interior defensive lineman is expected to get anywhere between 17 to 21 million dollars a season, which would make more sense for Minnesota than paying Wilkins 22 to 25 million annually.

Overall, Madabuike is an exciting player who would fit in well in the interior for this Viking's defense, and the Vikings would be silly not to make an attempt at landing his services.
