Aaron Jones Injury History: Every ailment that has kept him out of a game since entering the NFL

Aaron Jones Injury History: Complete Timeline & Recoveries
The Minnesota Vikings made a statement this offseason by parting ways with running back Alexander Mattison. A familiar face to the team, Mattison struggled mightily as a starter, failing to register a single rushing touchdown during the 2023 season.
To replace Mattison, the Vikings looked within the division. When the Green Bay Packers signed former Raiders running back Josh Jacobs and released Aaron Jones, Minnesota was quick to sign the versatile backfield weapon.
With 8,016 yards from scrimmage and 63 touchdowns from scrimmage in seven seasons with the Packers, Jones has seen his fair share of action. He played in 97 games over that time, starting 85 contests and was bound to get a little beat up over time.
Aaron Jones will turn 30 this year and the wear and tear of a grueling NFL schedule is taking a toll on his body. He has missed significant time in the past with injuries, but DraftSharks has the new Vikings rusher with an injury probability of 87.6 percent to miss at least two quarters of action and projects him to miss 3.1 games in 2024.
Of course, projections and estimates are not reality yet but there is something to be said about Jones' injury history and how it could impact the Minnesota Vikings during the upcoming season.
