Former Minnesota Vikings who are still free agents

Kyle Rudolph, tight end

He's a two-time Pro Bowl tight end, but former second-round draft pick Kyle Rudolph will turn 34 years old this year and hasn't eclipsed 500 receiving yards in a season since his 2018 season with the Minnesota Vikings.

Don't let his age fool you, Rudolph could still be a solid contributor on an NFL team. He's six-foot-six with a huge catch radius and could be an interesting addition to a team looking for a goal-line or short-yardage target in the passing game.

Rudolph spent ten seasons with the Vikings but hasn't been able to recapture the success he had with the purple and gold. Stints with the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been disheartening, but that doesn't mean he won't get another opportunity.

A team with depth issues at tight end may want to make a short-term investment in Kyle Rudolph to hold them over until they can acquire a young, promising tight end through the draft, trade, or even free agency.
