Former Minnesota Vikings who are still free agents

Linval Joseph, defensive tackle

Like Kyle Rudolph, Linval Joseph is not a young man anymore. He will turn 35 years old this season, but the 329 pound defender has still been drawing attention from contenders like the Chargers and Eagles in recent years.

Joseph spent six seasons in Minnesota where he started 88 games and racked up 350 combined tackles and 51 quarterback hits. He had three sacks in his final year with Minnesota but only managed 1.5 sacks in his last three seasons.

Don't be surprised if Joseph is a last minute signing by a contender if they need some help in the trenches after an injury. That is essentially what the Eagles did last year, acquiring his services for eight games.

It won't be too much longer before Linval Joseph retires from professional football. However, there will probably be one team willing to kick the tires on the veteran defensive lineman to give him 14 years in the league.
