Despite beginning his NFL career with an underwhelming four years as a member of the Minnesota Vikings, wide receiver Laquon Treadwell has, surprisingly, still managed to remain in the league ever since he left the Twin Cities in the 2020 offseason.

Following his tenure with the Vikings, Treadwell has had stints with a number of teams around the NFL during the last four years, including the Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots, Arizona Cardinals, and Baltimore Ravens.

Well, on Wednesday, the former Minnesota wide receiver landed with yet another team in the league when it was revealed that he has agreed to a deal with the Indianapolis Colts.

Now 29-years-old, it's actually pretty impressive that Treadwell has continued to earn opportunities around the league, especially since he's only caught a total of 111 passes in his entire NFL career (in 81 appearances).

Back in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Vikings selected him with the 23rd overall pick, and he wound up being one of four wide receivers who were picked in the first round. This group of four receivers included Treadwell, Corey Coleman (drafted 15th overall), Will Fuller (21st), and Josh Doctson (22nd).

With Treadwell signing with the Colts on Wednesday, he is the only one from this group that is currently under contract with an NFL team.

Considering that he is joining Indianapolis right at the beginning of its 2024 training camp, the chances of him making the team's regular-season roster seem pretty low. However, Treadwell has already proved tons of people wrong during his NFL career by lasting in the league as long as he has been able to.

So, with the Colts this summer, it will just be business as usual for the former Minnesota pass-catcher as he looks to prove even more doubters wrong.
