4 free agents the Vikings could sign before 2023 training camp

Free agent No. 3
J.J Koski, wide receiver
Having a superstar like Justin Jefferson at wide reciever takes a lot of pressure off other pass catchers. The addition of Jordan Addison and emergence of K.J. Osborn should help him, but more depth and competition for training camp and preseason would be nice.
J.J. Koski is a player who Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell should be familiar with. He was a member of the Los Angeles Rams' practice squad the year they won the Super Bowl but missed all of 2022 due to injury.
The six-foot-one undrafted free agent in 2020 was released with an injury designation in March and hasn't latched on to a new team yet. Although he has spent most of his career on the practice squad, he was a solid special teams player and kick returner when given opportunities.
It wouldn't cost much to bring Koski into camp and see what he has to offer. He has yet to take an offensive snap in his NFL career but it's that kind of unknown potential that the Vikings could find interesting enough to take a look at.
