Free agent No. 4

Trai Turner, guard

Two of the players on this list are offensive linemen because that unit is one of the only questionable parts of an explosive Minnesota Vikings offense. Kirk Cousins was sacked and pressured a lot last year and holes in the run game struggled to develop.

Trai Turner has started at right guard and would be an insurance policy in case Ed Ingram doesn't show improvement heading into his second year. While it might cost about $2.5 million to bring him in, it could be a worthwhile investment.

Turner is 30 years old and a five-time Pro Bowl selection with the Carolina Panthers. He hasn't quite lived up to those accolades with the Chargers, Steelers, or Commanders, Another opportunity might be exactly what he needs to get back to form.

Despite the fact that the Minnesota Vikings need to make extensions for Justin Jefferson and T.J. Hockenson their top priorities, doing what they can to find young talent for the future should also be necessary. Maybe one of these four players will join the squad this year.
