Greatest Minnesota Vikings pass-catching trios from every decade

2020s:

  • Justin Jefferson
  • K.J. Osborn
  • T.J. Hockenson

Only (and best) season together so far:

  • 2022

Adam Thielen is unavailable due to the criteria, so the present decade goes to these three.

The 2020 NFL Draft was great for Minnesota as the franchise selected both Justin Jefferson (first round) and K.J. Osborn (fifth round).

Jefferson showed his pro bona fides as a rookie by collecting 88 receptions in 2020 followed by 108 in 2021. Osborn didn’t see playing time as a rookie but had 50 catches in 2021.

Then, before their 2022 Week 9 game against the Washington Commanders, the Vikings traded for Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson.

In their short time together, this trio of playmakers accounted for a whopping 248 receptions. Jefferson led the NFL in 2022 with 128 catches and Osborn and Hockenson added 60 catches each.

Let that sink in, Hockenson had 60 receptions after arriving from Detroit and he had 86 total between his two teams.

Jordan Addison becomes yet another valuable weapon for the Vikes in 2023. Kudos in advance to Kevin O’Connell and quarterback Kirk Cousins for trying to keep these four happy and fed.
