Minnesota Vikings superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson was in attendance at the team's mandatory minicamp on Tuesday at the TCO Performance Center.

For the majority of the 2023 offseason, any chatter surrounding Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson has had to do with him potentially signing a massive contract. Some have worried that Jefferson might even hold out of this year's minicamp or training camp in order to land a new contract from the Vikings.

Well, Minnesota's top receiver put those rumors underground on Tuesday when he showed up to the team's first mandatory minicamp practice session of the year.

And not only was Jefferson in attendance for the minicamp, but he also took part in individual drills and a portion of the team drills during the practice session, according to the Star Tribune's Ben Goessling.

Justin Jefferson confirms he will be at Minnesota Vikings training camp this summer

Even though he showed up to mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, some might still be concerned about Jefferson skipping out on some of training camp this summer to hold out for an extension. The Vikings' top pass-catcher didn't waste any time putting these rumors to bed as well on Tuesday.

When asked by a reporter if he will be at Minnesota's training camp this summer, Jefferson replied with an emphatic "oh yeah!"

Unfortunately, there will still be plenty of rumors floating around until he actually puts the pen to paper and signs an extension with the Vikings. Luckily for Minnesota though, it sounds like Jefferson is still going to be at training camp this summer, regardless of whether he gets a new contract beforehand or not.

Jefferson is scheduled to make just under $2.4 million during the upcoming season under the terms of his current rookie contract. Currently, Spotrac.com also has the talented receiver's market value at $26.7 million per season.

Signs are still pointing to a deal getting done between Jefferson and the Vikings this year. It's really just a matter of figuring out an extension that works for everyone involved in the negotiations.
