Continuity on special teams is a very important part of a team's success. Tampering with a unit that works can cause disasrous results and cause a franchise to panick in searching to find pieces that work together.

Greg Joseph rode the highs and lows as Minnesota's kicker, converting on some clutch kicks for a win while missing some extra points to put the Vikings in some tough situations toward the end of a game.

For the most part, Ryan Wright was a solid punter last year. Although he didn't end up near the league leaders statistically, he was consistent in getting the ball away and registered only one touchback while putting 43.8 percent of punts inside the 20 yard line.

Long snapper Andrew DePaola is entering his fourth season with the Vikings. Last season, he earned All-Pro First Team honors and a Pro Bowl nod, making him one of the most honored players from last season who will be on Minnesota's roster this year.
