After their exhibition loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, training camp and the preseason have officially concluded for the 2023 Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota must now reduce their roster from 90 players to 53 players by 3 p.m. CST on Tuesday, August 29th.

There are going to be a lot of roster moves during the next few days, so luckily, we've got a Vikings cut tracker to help keep track of all of the departures that will be happening from now until Tuesday.

Vikings Roster Cuts

Minnesota's first cut is veteran linebacker Tanner Vellejo, according to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero on Sunday.

Shortly after the Vallejo report, Pelissero also revealed two more cuts made by the Vikings.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz on Sunday, the Vikings have traded offensive tackle Vederian Lowe to the New England Patriots in exchange for a sixth-round draft pick.

Minnesota began Monday by parting ways with undrafted rookie defensive tackle Calvin Avery according to The Athletic's Alec Lewis.

The Star Tribune's Ben Goessling also reported on Monday that the Vikings and veteran guard Chris Reed recently agreed to some new contract terms that slightly reduces his 2023 cap number. Reed has been on Minnesota's non-football injury list since the team reported for training camp in July.

15 roster moves were officially announced by the Vikings on Monday, with more obviously expected to happen before Tuesday's deadline.

Before Monday came to an end, the Vikings reportedly parted with a pair of defensive linemen.

Tuesday's reported cuts began with Minnesota parting ways with undrafted rookie center Alan Ali, according to The Athletic's Alec Lewis.

Young wide receiver Trishton Jackson was also reportedly let go by the Vikings on Tuesday, according to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero.

Second-year edge rusher Luiji Vilain is reportedly being waived by Minnesota. Vilain made the Vikings' final roster last season as an undrafted rookie.

More reported cuts continue to flow in prior to Tuesday's 3 p.m. CST deadline.

The Vikings officially revealed on Tuesday afternoon which players won't be joining them during the 2023 regular season.
