Kalen King - CB (Penn State)

Penn State's Kalen King had a rough outing against Marvin Harrison Jr., the best wide receiver in the upcoming draft. King is a projected first-round player and is currently my CB2 in the class, but Marvin Harrison Jr. made him look like your average college defender.

Harrison finished the afternoon with a career-high 11 catches for 162 yards and a touchdown. He also hauled in several key passes to convert on third down and drew multiple penalties on King.

I still think King is going to be a good NFL defender. Marvin Harrison Jr. is just so far above the rest of the competition in college that he makes it look unfair for his opponents each and every week. Still, it would have been nice to see Kalen King step up to the challenge and possibly prove himself as the best defensive back in the class.

The defensive back class is still searching for THE GUY, in my opinion. Kalen King had his chance but he failed to take over that role. However, this last player may end up being worth the consideration.

Stock Update: Trending slightly down but not overly concerned
