Some notable Minnesota Vikings players could be entering their final season with the team in 2023 unless deals are worked out to extend their contracts.

The Minnesota Vikings are a franchise that is currently in a very interesting situation. They are looking to prepare for the future by getting younger and cheaper on their roster while still attempting to be competitive.

Sadly, this means that some of the notable players who are likely to be a part of the 2023 roster might be getting ready to play their final season in a purple and gold jersey unless some changes are made to their contract situation.

Minnesota has already said farewell to some longtime players leading up to this season and it wouldn't be shocking to see a few more bigger-name players replaced under GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O'Connell.

Let's take a look at six players who are entering a situation where they might be lacing up thier cleats to play their final season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2023 and why it might be difficult to make the decision to move on from them next offseason.
