The Minnesota Vikings cross the border into Wisconsin on Sunday for a big NFC North matchup against the Green Bay Packers. The purple and gold have been on a roll, knocking off the Giants, 49ers, and Texans to start the year, but their rival always seems to pose a unique challenge.

One interesting part of the upcoming contest is Green Bay's situation at quarterback. Starter Jordan Love suffered a sprained MCL in the final moments of Week 1 against the Eagles and has been out of action since, handing the Packers' offense over to former Titans quarterback Malik Willis.

Love was close to returning last week against Tennessee, but was inactive for that game. Until now, it was unknown if Green Bay's young quarterback would be ready to be behind center in Week 3 against Minnesota.

On Saturday afternoon, NFL insider Adam Schefter shared on his X account that the Green Bay Packers are expected to have quarterback Jordan Love active for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings after he missed the last two games this season.

This is an interesting decision for the Packers. Although Love gives the Packers the best chance to win, it would also be a little scary to put their $220 million quarterback on the field against Minnesota if he isn't 100%.

The Vikings pass rush under Brian Flores is no joke. Through the first three weeks, Minnesota is leading the NFL with 16 quarterback sacks and edge rusher Jonathan Greenard was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week for Week 3 thanks to his hat trick of sacks against the Texans.

Green Bay will have their hands full trying to keep Jordan Love upright on Sunday. The Packers have only allowed five sacks through three games but hasn't faced a swarming unit like the Vikings have assembled this season.

Sunday's game between the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers could have major implications on the outcome of the NFC North this season, making it one of the biggest must-watch games of Week 4.

Will the Vikings continue their unbeaten ways or will the Packers be the team to stop the momentum of Sam Darnold and this surprising Minnesota team? Don't miss the action on CBS this Sunday to see how things shake out in this high-stakes border battle.
