Vikings opponent banged up heading into Week 7
Next up for the Vikings this season is a matchup against a very talented San Francisco 49ers team inside Minnesota's U.S. Bank Stadium on Monday night.
With the 49ers having a 5-1 record heading into the game, most expect them to easily defeat a Vikings team that currently has an underwhelming 2-4 record.
However, San Francisco could be without multiple top contributors on offense when they take on Minnesota, as 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (oblique), wide receiver Deebo Samuel (shoulder), and left tackle Trent Williams (ankle) are all dealing with injuries they suffered this past Sunday.
Thursday's injury report for the matchup revealed that neither McCaffrey, Samuel, or Williams participated in San Francisco's first practice of the week.
This is definitely something to keep an eye on, as the 49ers just being without one of these three offensive players on Monday night could help the Vikings pull off the upset.
