Reason No. 4

Minnesota has great receiving options

Looking at the Minnesota Vikings roster, it's easy to circle Justin Jefferson as a reason the team is as explosive and competitive as they have been so far. Although he is amazing, the team has some other great pass-catching options.

Rookie wide receiver Jordan Addison has a touchdown in each of the team's first two games and both were long scores that stretched the field. He has been a very good complement to Jefferson so far this season.

On shorter-yardage situations, tight end T.J. Hockenson is a fantastic option when a lot of attention is being paid to the receivers. He already has 101 receiving yards and two touchdowns to prove that his contract extension was a good decision despite being expensive.

Spreading the ball around has been good for the Minnesota Vikings, but make no mistake that Justin Jefferson will likely always be the top option. As long as Cousins has these options, he should be able to distribute the ball.
