Ranking all 14 QBs on the Minnesota Vikings schedule from worst to best

14. Desmond Ridder (Atlanta Falcons)

Heading into the 2023 NFL Draft, some thought the Falcons might use their first-round pick on a new quarterback. But Atlanta did not draft a new signal-caller in the first round this year and they appear to be rolling into the 2023 season with second-year passer Desmond Ridder as their starter.

Ridder was selected in the third round by the Falcons in last year's draft, and he didn't appear in a game as a rookie until Week 14 of last season. He has the potential to put up some solid numbers in 2023, but he's not a quarterback the Vikings should fear when they take on Atlanta next season.

13. Bryce Young (Carolina Panthers)

Andy Dalton has already been declared QB1 by the Panthers, but it's assumed by most that it won't take rookie Bryce Young very long to replace the veteran quarterback in the team's starting lineup next season.

As the No. 1 overall pick in this year's NFL Draft, expectations will be high for Young in 2023. He should have a number of moments next season that prove his worth as a No. 1 pick, but he's likely going to experience a significant amount of hiccups in 2023 too, as most rookie quarterbacks do.
