24. Washington Commanders

Washington isn't a bad team. They have a solid defense and some pieces on offense but haven't been able to put it all together. Sam Howell will take some lumps as the starting quarterback but will need to play well to get this squad close to .500 on the season.

23. Tennessee Titans

In a league where quarterbacks don't get many second chances, Ryan Tannehill seems to get quite a few. They should still focus on running the ball and strong defense, but that old school approach isn't always successful.

22. New England Patriots

Last year, they had a losing record and they didn't do much to get better this year. Plus, the offense will go through Mac Jones at quarterback. They will be lucky if they can come close to having a winning record this season.

21. Denver Broncos

Putting the Broncos this low is based almost entirely on the performance of Russell Wilson last season. If he can revitalize his career under new head coach Sean Payton, Denver will be a much better team than this.
