20. Green Bay Packers

Life after Aaron Rodgers will be tough for the Packers. Even if Jordan Love is an average NFL quarterback, filling those shoes will be difficult. They have talent at other spots, but quarterback is the most important position in football.

19. Chicago Bears

Chicago was dead last in 2022 with 130.3 passing yards per game and couldn't break an average of 20 points per game in that time period. The Bears need Justin Fields to show he can throw the ball as well as he can run it.

18. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers are a fun team, but one that is a middle-of-the-road franchise until they can take the next step. They were 9-8 last year, and should finish with a similar mark during their 2023 campaign.

17. New Orleans Saints

They have Derek Carr at quarterback now and are in a pretty soft division. They may have a solid chance of winning the NFC South and finishing with a decent record but they are not Super Bowl contenders this season.
