Week 9 - at Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons don't pose much of a threat to this Vikings team, in my eyes. Desmond Ridder is nothing more than a game manager who somehow can't find a way to get the ball to, quite possibly, the most athletic tight end this league has ever seen in Kyle Pitts.

Bijan Robinson is one name that Minnesota defensive coordinator Brian Flores should focus on. As long as the Vikings can control the run game defensively, they should walk out of Atlanta with a win, keeping their playoff hopes alive.

Prediction: Vikings win (3-6)

Week 10 - vs. New Orleans Saints

After their sixth loss of the season to Green Bay, the Vikings see a small glimmer of hope with a two-game win streak. The Saints have been unimpressive so far this season, even with Derek Carr at quarterback, this team doesn't look like a contender.

This game should be a defensive battle, and it will be interesting to see how Kevin O'Connell and Brian Flores plan for the likes of Alvin Kamara, Jamaal Williams, and Chris Olave.

There's a huge question mark surrounding Carr's availability after suffering an AC-Joint injury in Week 3 and if he can play to the level most expect if he is on the field.

Minnesota's interior offensive line is going to dictate this game for the home team, and if they can keep the Saints pass rush in check, then Kirk Cousins and the offense should be able to do just enough to grab a win.

Prediction: Vikings win (4-6)
