Now that Kirk Cousins has agreed to join the Atlanta Falcons on a four-year mega-deal, the Minnesota Vikings are left in a tough place and will need to find a new starting quarterback for the 2024 NFL season and beyond.
The search for a quarterback is on and the Vikings need to figure out if they are looking to start their QB of the future in Week 1 or if they want to look to a veteran to hold down the job until a young player is ready.
Free agency and the 2024 NFL Draft are both options for finding Minnesota's next starting quarterback. With the Vikings investing in the defense early and often during the legal tampering phase of free agency, signs point to the team either making a big splash at the draft or a small ripple in free agency.
