Vikings takeaway No. 3

A defensive back had a huge night.

It's easy to praise offensive players like Kirk Cousins and Jordan Addison after a game like this, but there also needs to be some major credit that goes out to safety Camryn Bynum, who had a night full of highlights.

49ers quarterback Brock Purdy isn't known for making a lot of mistakes but the Minnesota Vikings were able to intercept him twice. Both interceptions were grabbed by Bynum, who added celebrations that will be burned into fans' memories.

Not only did Bynum get two interceptions, but the young Vikings defender led Minnesota with nine combined tackles. Seven of those tackles were solo efforts, making that number even more impressive.

Bynum and Smith are a great combination at safety and with Josh Metellus playing well too, the Minnesota Vikings are making plays. It's almost enough to forget that former first-round draft pick Lewis Cine was inactive again.
