The Minnesota Vikings got a big win in Week 9 against the Atlanta Falcons and there was a lot that was learned about the team during the game.

Seeing the Minnesota Vikings take the field on offense without quarterback Kirk Cousins feels strange but that's exactly what happened when the team took on the Atlanta Falcons in a big Week 9 matchup.

Starting in place of Cousins was rookie Jaren Hall. Sadly, he only got to play for one drive before exiting after taking a scary hit where his head bounced off the turf. That opened the door for Joshua Dobbs to enter the game.

Dobbs would lead Minnesota's offense against a Falcons team with Taylor Heinicke at quarterback. The Vikings didn't have starting left tackle Christian Darrisaw available, nor did they have star wide receiver Justin Jefferson.

Despite those issues, the Minnesota Vikings were able to get a 31-28 victory and move to a 5-4 record on the season. There was quite a bit to learn about the team in the exciting, yet bizarre contest.
