2023 will mark the sixth season that the Minnesota Vikings feature Kirk Cousins as their starting quarterback and there is a possibility that it could be his final campaign wearing purple and gold since he is set to become a free agent.
With no clear plan in place for what to do if the Vikings don't bring Cousins back for a seventh season in Minnesota, the question of who will be the signal-caller for the team is already hanging over the head of the franchise.
The team could go all-in on a rookie by moving up in the draft to get a young prospect and hope they strike gold or they might look to a veteran to hold down the job until they can find theit quarterback of the future.
